House for an Art Lover - Gillian and Stuart

15th January 2014

So happy to be back at one of my favourite wedidng venues in Scotland - House for an Art Lover. There are many reasons I love this venue. The first is the amazing interior and exterior. It was built based on the design of Charles Rennie Mackintosh with his wife Margaret. it is visually stunning inside which as a photographer is great as the weather in Glasgow can be unkind to say the least. The exterior however is also a dream for photographs. With a beautiful walled garden and plenty of green space there are never lack of great backdrops for images. This wedding was of Gillian and Stuart. A lovely and very stylish couple. I went to the Raddison hotel in the city centre to photograph them getting ready. Gillian was in a stunning lace dress with a dramatic head peice. I also photographed the boys getting ready. This was fun for me to see two Liverpudlian boys get their kilts on!. Have a look at how this beautiful wedding went:

I Hope you enjoyed seeing Gillian and Stuart's wedding as much as I enjoyed photographing it. I woudl like to thanks Gillian and Stuart for allowing me to be apart of thier fantastic day. G x
