Boclair House is a beautiful Victorian building that I had the pleasure of photographing Rachel and Kieran’s wedding on a very Sunny March day.
I first came accross Boclair house when it was a council building and couples wanted to get pictures in the grounds. It’s very fitting that now weddings are held there permanently.
Everything was being held at the house including the ceremony. Rachel and her bridesmaids were all getting ready there which meant the journey to the ceremomy was only down the stairs!
What a fantastic day the couple got for their wedding. Guests were outside for drinks even although it was March.
Rachel and Kieran where fantasic, so chilled. They were also happy to oblige when I persuaded them to go outside at night for pictures in the bandstand. I think it was worth it.
Have a look at their wonderful day

I have been a professional photographer since 1995, after studying at the Glasgow College of Building and Printing (now City of Glasgow College). I began working at a press agency before moving on to PR agency in Glasgow. This experience led me to start my own business – Gail Photography. I believe that photography is capturing moments in time that will last a lifetime.
