What a day it was for Angel and Andy’s amazing wedding at Ross Priory.
I knew Angel and Andy’s wedding was going to be a blast as Angel had the most intoxicating energy, I couldn’t wait to capture their day.
The Venue
This venue, in my opinion, is the jewel of Loch Lomond, with the stunning incredible Georgian mansion and views to die for over the Loch. I have photographed many weddings here and I love it!
It was such a beautiful day so they had their ceremony outside, why wouldn’t you with that view!
The Photos
I got some incredible shots out on the Loch jetty of Andy and Angel and in the gardens of Ross Priory which are stunning. People often forget how beautiful Ross Priory gardens are because they have this amazing view of Loch Lomond and Ben Lomond. As a photographer you are spoiled for choice!
I love photographing all the little candid and documentary moments of a wedding day which included all the cute little flower girls and page boys. The best pictures of children are taken when they are not aware, very natural which is my style. All of the couples friends were loads and loads of fun and made the day such a fun time.
The Style
I adored the couples use of bold colour throughout the wedding from the flowers to the bridesmaid/bridesman’s outfits. Angel told them to pick a colour of the sunset, such an amazing idea and it was great for pictures.
They even had a fire and dance performer and fireworks, a perfect end to a perfect wedding day!

The first time I photographed a wedding at Ross Priory was back in 2001 and I was using film (I’m feeling old). I have photographed many weddings since then and I was thrilled to be back for Lynsay’s and Brians wedding.
The weather could not have been better and they had their ceremony outside. What a backdrop!
Here is how their day went. G x
