I had heard of Harelaw farm for a while and was thrilled when Ria and Fraser booked me to photogrpah their wedding there. As I hadnt been before I did a site visit with them before the day to scope out possible areas for photogrpahy. I LOVED it! I alwyas love barn/farm wedidnsg as i was brought up in the country and it always feel like a very natural place to be.
Everything was happening at the farm. The room where couples get married is beautiful and perfect for the ceremony. Ria and her bridesmaids were getting ready in the wing of the house dedicated to the bridal party. The venus just has it all.
Everything went perfectly and we got outside for pictres even although it was a cold november day. The drinks reception and meal were all in the large barn which Fraser and Ria had decorated beautifully with a festival vibe. They even had wellies with bands names for the table numbers.
After the meal and speeches we got outside for some sparklers picture which I adore. There is even a dedicated space besie the fire pits for this at the venue.
What a fantastic day. I really hope to be back here one day as I love the attmosphere of the venue its its only 20 minutes away from my house!
